Di Jameson OAM
Di Jameson OAM is an Australian business leader, philanthropist, and passionate supporter of music and the arts. She is the Founder and CEO of Horsey Jameson Bird, a financial planning and advisory firm she established in 1987, and has extensive experience as a financial commentator and speaker.
Di has a longstanding commitment to community and the cultural sector. She served on the board of the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, including as Co-Deputy Chair, until her retirement from the board in 2024. She is currently a board member of Omega Ensemble, one of Australia’s dynamic chamber music organisations, reflecting her ongoing support for music performance and education.
In recognition of her significant service to the arts and community, Di Jameson was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) in 2023.

Demetrio Zema
Demetrio Zema is the Director and Chief Executive Officer of Squared Group, the parent company behind Law Squared, Cubed by Law Squared, and Tetra Claims. As Group CEO, he sets aligned strategy across the portfolio and leads the Group’s operations and executive teams.
Demetrio founded Law Squared in 2016 to provide a true alternative to the traditional law firm model. What began as a one-person legal practice has grown into a multi-jurisdictional business recognised for its innovative, fixed-cost approach to legal services across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. In 2025, he also founded Cubed by Law Squared, a Microsoft 365-native legal operations platform for in-house teams, and Tetra Claims, a technology-led third-party insurance claims administration business.
An accomplished entrepreneur and lawyer, Demetrio advises Chairs, CEOs and General Counsel on board governance, strategy and complex commercial matters, with his and the firm’s work recognised through multiple industry awards. Outside the Squared Group, he plays an active role in the not-for-profit community, including as Chair of Expression Australia (Victorian Deaf Society) and the Royal Tasmanian Society of the Deaf and Blind, and as a committee/advisory member across Monash University initiatives. He is also a Director of Zema Estate, a family wine and agricultural business in Coonawarra, South Australia.
Dr Sophie Galaise GAICD
Sophie Galaise, GAICD, is an internationally recognised arts leader with more than 20 years’ experience in executive leadership and governance across major cultural institutions in Australia, Canada, and Europe.
Formerly Managing Director of the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, Queensland Symphony Orchestra, Orchestre symphonique de Québec, and Orford Arts Centre, Sophie brings a strong track record of organisational transformation grounded in artistic integrity, sound governance, and long-term sustainability. Her leadership is recognised for strengthening artistic vision, expanding artist development pathways, and building international partnerships that extend cultural reach and public impact.
Alongside her executive career, Sophie has held senior advisory and board roles across the arts and education sectors. In addition to her role on the Board of the Di Jameson Family Foundation, she currently serves as a board member of the Queensland Performing Arts Centre and the Canadian chamber orchestra I Musici de Montréal. She is also an Ambassador and Executive Advisor to the Advisory Board for the Arts, supporting organisations across the Asia-Pacific and Canada.
Equity, access, and inclusion are central to Sophie’s leadership approach. At the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, she established the organisation’s inaugural First Nations Creative Chair and expanded pathways for emerging artists through initiatives including the MSO Academy. She has sustained long-term engagement with Indigenous artists and communities through education initiatives, commissioning, and organisation-wide inclusion and cultural safety practices. Sophie is also a contributing author to Accessibility, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Cultural Sector (Emerald, 2024).
Originally a professional flautist, Sophie holds a PhD in Musicology and an Executive MBA and serves as Honorary Consul of Canada in Victoria. Through her executive and governance work, she is committed to strengthening the arts as a force for opportunity, resilience, and public good.
Dr Daniel Le
Daniel Le is a Melbourne-born pianist who has been hailed by the New York Concert Review as a “brilliant young pianist.” He has built an international career across four continents as a versatile soloist, chamber musician and innovative artist, performing in leading venues including Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall (Weill Recital Hall) in New York, as well as Hamer Hall, Melbourne Recital Centre, Singapore’s Victoria Concert Hall and Waseda University in Tokyo. A sought-after soloist, he debuted with the Queensland Symphony Orchestra (QSO) in 2015 and was immediately re-engaged for two subsequent seasons, later appearing with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl in 2019. Previous seasons’ highlights include premiering Carl Vine’s Five Intermezzi (2022), appearing in Pride and Prejudice at the Sydney Opera House, and performing with the QSO at QPAC in a cinematic tribute special.
Daniel’s top prizes include the Lev Vlassenko Piano Competition, the Australian National Piano Award, and the Kerikeri International Piano Competition, and he was a finalist in the 2017 Naumburg International Piano Award in New York City. As a chamber musician, he has collaborated with members of the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center and appeared at the Norfolk and Bowdoin music festivals, working with artists from the Emerson, Brentano, Shanghai and Miro string quartets.
Daniel completed his studies at the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music in Singapore and later earned his Master’s and Doctorate degrees on scholarship at the Manhattan School of Music. He serves as Head of Piano at Melbourne Grammar School and Artist Faculty at the Australian National Academy of Music (ANAM). He is both guest artist and artist-in-residence at Singapore Raffles Music College and continues to conduct masterclasses across Australia, Asia and the United States.
